TERMS & CONDITIONS - e-VOUCHER
Terms & Conditions
- All e-vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Each e-voucher can only be used once.
- No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation.
- Only one E-vouche can be applied per table per bill
- E-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- E-vouchers are valid for redemption at Café on M, Theo Mistral by Theo Randall, Hoi King Heen or Tiffany’s New York Bar.
- E-vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any form.
- E-vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Any additional cost of food and beverage orders exceeding the e-voucher’s value will be at customer’s own expense and shall be settled directly to the restaurant at the time of dining.
- InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
