Terms & Condition

• The cash card is based on RFID technology.
• The cash card does not contain personal information of the card holder. 
• Guest can top up the value at the venue of the Hong Kong Whisky Festival.
• Unused balance cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
• Please redeem the cash card by presenting the confirmation email at the registration counter.
• Cash value is only valid to use during the Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2025 and is invalid before or after.
• Cash value is only applicable to redeeming whiskies, cocktails and food at specific booths at the Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2025. Cash value can only be used once. 
• Cash card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cash card will not be re-issued if lost.
• Cash card is invalid if found defaced or altered.
• Unlawful resale or any attempt may lead to seizure or cancellation of the cash card without refund or compensation
• No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation.
