In Cantonese, it literally translates to “tossing up good fortune”, wishing for auspiciousness and abundance for the upcoming year. This celebratory dish embraced abalone and 8 colourful ingredients handpicked by Hoi King Heen's Executive Chinese Chef Yu Chiu Kwan, plus the flavourful peanut dressing made of his secret recipe.
