- Please contact our Food & Beverage Department via fb@icgrandstanford.com for physical voucher at least two working days prior to redemption.
- All dining vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Each dining voucher can only be used once.
- No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation.
- Dining vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Dining vouchers are not applicable on Chinese New Year (Day 1-3) and Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas (Dec 24-26), New Year’s Day and Eve
- Dining vouchers are valid for redemption at Café on M, The Mistral, Hoi King Heen or Tiffany’s New York Bar.
- Dining vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any form.
- E-vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Any additional cost of food and beverage orders exceeding the e-voucher’s value will be at customer’s own expense and shall be settled directly to the restaurant at the time of dining.
- InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

- According to Part II, Section 6 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap. 295), and the Sub-section (14) of Section 4 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap. 228), people who wantonly or negligently discharges any firearm, or throws or discharges any stone or other missiles, or makes any bonfire, or throws or sets fire to any fireworks, to the damage or danger of any person will be liable to prosecution (applicable to accommodation products only).
